Collections Policies and Covenant enforcement policies were updated to comply with HB22-1137 passed in 2022. Conduct of meetings policy was also created and approved in response to the same law.Â
2013 By Laws - Updated to comply with 2013 Colorado HOA law revisions
Previous policies were last updated in response to House Bill 12-1237 signed in May 2012, required of all HOAs in Colorado.
